In my role as Graphic Designer at Habitat Group, I develop a wide range of materials including printed collateral, social media content, equity presentations, and investor pitch decks to support both real estate and hospitality initiatives. PARKSIDE - MILLUX PLACE - SEASON ONE
I create visual content that brings The Habitat Collection’s vision to life, designing printed materials in various formats, engaging social media content, and supporting the development of advertising strategies. My work highlights the project’s blend of luxury, innovation, and flexibility, helping to communicate the unique lifestyle and design excellence that define this Brickell development by Habitat Group.
SMART BRICKELL
I design printed materials for Smart Brickell Hotel, creating visuals that capture the property’s modern and innovative style. I was also in charge of the visual deliverables for the hotel’s partnership with PADL, a Florida based paddle board and kayak company. I came up with the concept, script for the videos and produced them.

CO-OWNERSHIP
Habitat Group is launching a new co-ownership program available across all our condo-hotels in Brickell, allowing buyers to own 1/8 of an apartment—an innovative concept in Miami’s real estate market. I developed the presentation book and brochure to explain the program and contributed to the production of social media videos, focusing on art direction.
